Most people never build because they think they need permission.

They think they need a technical co-founder.

They think they need funding.

They think they need more experience.

They think they need to be "ready."

The truth?

The future belongs to people who start.

The WiBT Founder Activation Programme is an immersive two-day experience designed to help women move from ideas to action using AI, Web3, and emerging technologies.

Together, we'll explore modern tools and emerging technologies while building the foundations of a venture, product, project, or solution that matters to you.

No coding experience required.

Why Attend?

Whether you're:

  • exploring your first idea,
  • sitting on a project you've never launched,
  • building quietly on the side,
  • or wondering if you're "accelerator-ready",

this programme is designed to help you take the next step.

In particular, we aim to support women who may not yet see themselves as founder-ready or accelerator-ready, but who are ready to begin building.

What You'll Walk Away With

By the end of the weekend you will have:

βœ… Greater clarity around the problem you want to solve

βœ… A stronger understanding of ownership, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies

βœ… A product, project, or venture concept

βœ… Practical experience using modern AI-powered tools

βœ… New collaborators, mentors, and ecosystem connections

βœ… A roadmap for your next steps

Selected participants may also be invited to apply for future WiBT accelerator programmes.

Build something.

Learn something.

Meet your future collaborators.

The future is not being built by people waiting for permission.

It's being built by people who take ownership.

Of their ideas.

Their skills.

Their careers.

And ultimately, their future.
