This session brings together all finalists from Team1 Kenya Cohorts 1, 2 and 3 for one final round of incubation, refinement and preparation.
This is an opportunity to take everything you’ve built so far and sharpen it into a clear, compelling and commercially viable project.

- A clear value proposition
- Your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Your business model
- Your go-to-market strategy
- Your customer acquisition plan
- Your distribution strategy
- Your thinking around defensibility
We’ll focus on helping you answer the most important questions: Who are you building for? Why will they pay? How will you reach them? And what makes your solution difficult to replicate?
Whether you’re from Cohort 1, Cohort 2 or Cohort 3, this session is for you.
